  • Refunds are available only for paid subscription plans within 7 days of purchase, provided the user has not excessively used the services.
  • If a technical issue on our end prevents proper usage and we are unable to resolve it, a refund may be issued upon verification.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
  • Refunds do not apply to promotional or discounted purchases.
1.2 Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
2. Shipping Policy

Bharat Touch provides both digital services and physical NFC-enabled and QR-enabled business cards.

2.1 Digital Services
  • Upon successful signup and payment (if applicable), digital business card services are activated instantly.
2.2 Physical Card Shipping
  • We process and ship physical NFC and QR-enabled business cards within 3-5 business days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery times vary based on location:
    • Domestic (India): 5-7 business days
    • International: 10-15 business days
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
2.3 Shipping Issues & Replacements
  • If an order is lost or damaged during transit, customers must notify us within 7 days of expected delivery at info@bharattouch.com.
  • We will investigate and may offer a replacement if necessary.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may result in delays or additional charges for reshipment.
