These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BharatTouch website, mobile applications, digital visiting cards, digital profiles, NFC products, QR code services, AI-assisted visiting card scanning, subscription plans, and related services.
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, selecting a plan, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
About BharatTouchBharatTouch provides digital networking solutions that help individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs, and businesses share contact details, manage digital profiles, exchange business information, and organize professional connections. Features may vary by product and plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Keep your credentials secure, do not impersonate another person, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Services and Features
BharatTouch may offer free features, paid products, recurring subscriptions, and promotional plans. The price, billing frequency, included features, usage limits, and applicable taxes or charges will be shown during the purchase process where required.
Orders or paid subscriptions may remain pending until the payment provider confirms successful payment. Submitting a registration form alone does not mean that payment has been completed. Plan selection and payment confirmation may be required before paid features are activated.
Subscription Renewal and CancellationWhere a plan is recurring, the renewal frequency, renewal price, and cancellation method will be disclosed during the purchase process. If automatic renewal applies, recurring charges will be handled according to the authorization and terms provided at checkout.
You may request cancellation through the method made available for your subscription. The effective cancellation date and any continued access will follow the applicable plan terms and law. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel a separate physical-product order unless the relevant policy says otherwise.
Refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to the applicable product or subscription policy, purchase terms shown at checkout, and applicable law. Digital services, activated subscriptions, and physical NFC products may have different conditions.
User Content and Profile InformationYou may upload or publish names, photographs, phone numbers, email addresses, company details, logos, links, and other profile information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to share that content and that it is accurate and lawful.
Acceptable Use
Automated tools may extract or organize contact information from visiting cards. Results may contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permission or lawful basis to scan, upload, store, and process another person's information. Automated results are not guaranteed to be independently verified.
Third-Party ServicesOur services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, payment providers, devices, applications, or platforms. These third parties may apply their own terms and privacy policies. BharatTouch does not control all third-party services, without limiting any responsibility that applicable law places on us.
Service Availability and ChangesWe aim to maintain reliable services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical failures, connectivity problems, security incidents, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect access. We may update or modify features where reasonably necessary. Material changes to paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant purchase terms.

DisclaimersWe do not guarantee specific business results, sales, leads, networking outcomes, or commercial success from using BharatTouch. Service features and limitations are described for the relevant product or plan. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Limitation of LiabilityTo the extent permitted by applicable law, BharatTouch will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses in circumstances where such exclusion is lawful. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any limitation is subject to mandatory legal protections.
